Blessing Muroti Gomo and the Anointed Singers band on Saturday 19 December is set to launch triple albums in Harare with several top gospel artists gracing the event.

Blessing Muroti Gomo is a Zimbabwean born gospel artist who is currently based in South Africa.

He has been in the music industry for years and has up to now managed to produce three albums that are dominating airwaves. The three albums to be launched this Saturday are in different genres that include Jazz, Gospel, and Sungura.

”I am aiming at touching people from different ages and tastes on these three genres. We have youths and the elderly who love different tastes of music so I decided to compose music that fits people of different ages, ”said Gomo.

Several artists to grace the launch include Mathias Mhere, Mambo Dhuterere, Blessing Shumba, Dorcas Moyo Phenias Matanda, Mark Ngwazi, Romeo Gasa, and Tatenda Pinjisi.

”Three albums that we are launching this weekend are ”Mukombe Wezodzo, Sungura Delete, and Gospel. The event will kick start at 4 pm till 9 pm and this is going to be a massive event that has never happened in Zimbabwe,”said Phenias Matanda, Gomo’s manager.

He further said all three albums have eight tracks each.

”We were supposed to launch these albums early this year but Covid 19 disturbed us. It really affected us as artists because we could not do any shows,” elaborated Gomo.

Blessing and the Anointed Singers are marketed by BSG record company. He is expected to land in  Zimbabwe this evening from the Republic of South Africa where he is based.
